A Person-Centred Practice
Coaching
I want to help you transform your life!
Have you lost your way and don't know where to go?
Do you have difficulty in believing in yourself and that you can do it?
Do you feel unmotivated and unwilling to commit to action?
My goal is to help you work out what you really want, focus on how to get it, motivate you and help you turn problems into opportunities.
I offer one on one personal coaching and I am passionate about supporting people in the direction they want to go. We will work together to develop new perspectives and focus on solutions that will help you step outside of your comfort zone and help you succeed in your life. If you think that you are ready for positive change in your career and your life, let me support you and we can work together to remove any barriers and achieve your goal.
I work in a person-centred, non-judgemental way, which encourages you to draw from your own strengths. Coaching is a process people seek when they want to change something in their lives, or simply explore their thoughts and feelings in more depth. I believe that people have the potential to be the best that they can be and can make positive changes in their life given the right environment.
I enjoy working with people from all walks of life to help them reach their full potential. I have a particular interest and experience in supporting creatives and students such as: artists, writers, poets, musicians, singers, actors and architects and the potential issues that the creative block or the feelings of not being good enough can bring.
I have a B.A. Hons degree in Fine Art qualifying in 2010 from the University of the Arts London, which has given me personal experience and an understanding of the obstacles that creatives can face. I have 9 years’ experience of working as a Specialist Mental Health Mentor and am currently working as a mentor in London across various universities. I am a qualified person-centred counsellor and I’m registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I adhere to the BACP ethical frame work.
In the first instance a FREE no obligation face to face or Skype chat of about 30-minutes to see how we feel about working together. If we are the right fit we will meet again via Skype or face to face, whichever you prefer and discuss the tailored programme, with an aim to quickly get clarity on what you want to achieve, followed by coaching sessions to work out any patterns of behaviour that need to be changed in order to support you in getting the successful outcome you want. So lets get started!
Option of once a week or fortnightly sessions. I recommend a minimum of 6 sessions. This time frame is so that we can go deeper, working thoroughly through any areas you feel need exploring, whilst agreeing on a plan that ensures that after our sessions you can reap the rewards of our time working together.
I am able to work via Skype or over the phone, which can be beneficial when you would like to work in the comfort of your own home. All I recommend is that you have a quiet space.
Fees are £60 per 1-hour session. I offer a sliding scale for students and artists. (£30-£50) per 1-hour session.
